Technical Questions

• Why after I took the final on my Mac does it reset the score to zero and not issue my certificate? We have seen on some Macintosh computers with Safari 4 that the Final Exam resets and a certificate is not issued. Currently the only workaround we have for this is to download and install the Firefox browser (free) and then  take the course using that browser.
